These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ivory Maps (the "Service"), operated by Ironwood Digital LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Ivory Maps lets users upload a travel itinerary document and generate a designed, shareable web page that includes destination imagery and a route map. Generated pages are accessible to anyone who has their unique link.
You must provide a valid email address to use the Service and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
We may offer a referral program in which you can earn account credit (for example, a free month) when someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber. Referral credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and apply only to your Ivory Maps subscription. Credits are earned only through genuine referrals of new users; we may withhold, reduce, or revoke credits, and suspend participation, for self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, or any abuse or attempted gaming of the program. We may change or end the program at any time.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the itineraries you generate. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (including sending text to our AI and image providers to generate the page). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Generated pages may include imagery and map data from third parties (e.g. Google). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of generated content, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironwood Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings (Dashboard → Your data & privacy).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
